Shadow Mountain is nestled in at the base of Shadow Mountain in Aspen's quaint Victorian West End. This lodge offers spacious studios as well as 1 and 3 bedroom condominiums. Amenities include full kitchens, lofts, and wood burning stoves, mountain views, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and a dry sauna.

Shadow Mountain Lodge Aspen

The Shadow Mountain Lodge at Aspen is a small friendly Condominium building located just 4 blocks from the heart of Aspen at 232 West Hyman Ave. We are close to everything yet still located in the quiet, mostly residential West end. The Lodge consists of 10 units facing beautiful Aspen and Shadow Mountains. All units feature fully equipped kitchens and wood burning stoves. Units range in size from around 500 square feet to 2000 square feet. We are proud to be an award winning time-share lodge. For the past 5 years we have been awarded RCI's "Resort of International Distinction".

All time-shares are sold in three-week fractions. Owners pay quarterly maintenance assessments. These assessments range in price depending of the type of unit owned.

We have studios, one bedrooms, and a large three bedroom unit. Quarterly assessments start at $275.00 per quarter. Condos are available for short-term rentals to the general public.

The Shadow Mountain Lodge at Aspen is the best time-share deal in the Aspen/Snowmass area. We are very proud of the property and would love to give you a tour. Please call or stop by for a tour of our property available 7 days a week.

Shadow Mountain Aspen Rooms

STUDIO

Each unit has a queen size Murphy bed, as well as a queen size bed in the loft. The lofts have a 4.5 ft ceiling and are recommended for sleeping only. Each unit has a small but fully-equipped kitchen (3-burner stove top with oven, bar sink, and a small refrigerator). The recommended occupancy is 2-4.

ONE BEDROOM

Each unit has one bedroom with a queen size bed and sink, a sofa sleeper in the living area, as well as a queen size bed in the 4.5 ft high loft. Each unit has a fully-equipped kitchen (3-burner stove top with oven, bar sink, and a small refrigerator), with a dishwasher. The recommended occupancy is 2-6.

THREE BEDROOM

This unit has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths on 3 different levels. A large kitchen, dining, and living room are located on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the other two bedrooms have queen sized beds. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living area downstairs. 1,966 sq. ft. The recommended occupancy is 6-8.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING LODGE AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
