The Vance House is a standard 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom rental home located in Aspen, Colorado. This home rental is situated in Ridge Run, and provides Indirect Ski Access, as it is a 300 yd walk to trail that leads to Assay Hill.

The living room is very comfortably furnished and includes a very nice wood burning fireplace. There is also a media room that contains a 27" TV/DVD player. The dining room table is very nice and has seating for 10 guests. Other amenities offered at the Vance House are an Outdoor Hot Tub and a sauna.

The Master bedroom is spacious and comfy, it features a king bed, a 19" TV/DVD/VCR and a private bath. The 4 other bedrooms in the Vance House are all Queen bedrooms that contain a 19" Television and a private bath.
