As we work on our room reservations and the many guest requests we receive, we are sometimes challenged by duplicate requests for special features such as location or even specific room numbers. We will try very hard to fill any requests you may have related, but sometimes it is just not possible to do so. It is important for you to know that we may not be able to provide the exact view, floor or room number requested.
