From November 21, 2007 through April 13, 2008
A 50 percent deposit is taken at the time of booking. A final deposit of all room and tax is taken 30 days prior to the arrival date. Cancel 30 days prior to arrival local hotel time to receive refund of full stay room and tax.

From April 14, 2008 through November 26, 2008-
A one night deposit is taken at the time of booking. A final deposit of all room and tax is taken 14 days prior to the arrival date. Cancel 14 days prior to arrival local hotel time to receive refund of full stay room and tax.

From November 27, 2008 through April 12, 2009-
A 50 percent deposit is taken at the time of booking. A final deposit of all room and tax is taken 30 days prior to the arrival date. Cancel 30 days prior to arrival local hotel time to receive refund of full stay room and tax.

Any no show, cancellation, or early departure within the corresponding above time frames will result in cancellation as well as a loss of full stay room and tax.
