Cancellation Policy and Credit Card Authorization

• Cancellation of reservations must be received more than 90 DAYS pror to scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund less a $250.00 fee. Cancellations received BETWEEN 60 & 90 DAYS prior to scheduled arrival date will receive a refund less 10% of the total lodging costs. Cancellations received INSIDE oF 60 DAYS prior to arrival date are non refundable unless re-rented. In case of re-rental, a 10% FEE will be withhelpd from the refund. You are responsible for all nights booked regardless of when you arrive or depart.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE POLICY: Christmass / New Year Reservations:
