Unit #15 is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath duplex that offers a stone fireplace, large open living area, 11 ft. ceilings, a gourmet kitchen and uses marble or granite throughout. This unit has a private portico entryway, two car garage, whirlpool bath, steam shower, and a secluded, private, outdoor whirlpool spa.

The master bedroom as well as the guest master bedroom contain King size beds, televisions and luxurious ensuite baths. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both contain twin beds.
