Unit #16 is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath duplex offering a rock fireplace, large open living area, 11 ft. ceilings, a gourmet kitchen and uses marble or granite throughout. This unit also has a private portico entryway, 2 car garage, whirlpool bath, steam shower, and a private outdoor whirlpool spa.

The master bedroom contains a King size bed & the guest master has a queen bed. televisions and luxurious ensuite baths. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and 4th bedroom contains twin beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the media room for extra guests.
