The Timberline Condominiums at Snowmass Village offer a collection of the most desired vacation rental condominiums in the Aspen, Snowmass area. Enjoy the spacious comfort of a private residence with many services of a fine hotel. The ski in, ski out location makes the Timberline a favorite lodging spot for skiers and boarders alike.

The Timberline Condominiums property feature beautifully appointed private slope side residences. They offer studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom condos. All condominiums have fully equipped kitchens, color cable TV's, VCR's, CD players and DVDs, direct, two line telephones with voice mail, wireless internet access, humidifiers, in-room safes and hairdryers.

Guests of The Timberline enjoy a fantastic Snowmass lodging, located on the slopes of Snowmass Mountain. Many say it’s the best location in Snowmass. You can walk right out to the Fanny Hill ski run. Or take a leisurely walk to the Snowmass Mall, just minutes away.

 

Studio Condos
The Timberline Condominiums offers 2 types of studios – a standard studio and a studio with a loft.
The standard studio condominiums are approximately 365 square feet. They have a common living and sleeping area. There is an efficiency kitchen complete with microwave, mini refrigerator and two-burner stove. A queen-size bed is located in the common area. Some units have additional sofa beds. There is one full bathroom. This is the perfect size for one or two people.

The studio with a loft is approximately 500 square feet. There is a living room, full kitchen and the bedroom is located upstairs. There is a queen bed in the loft and additional bedding in the living room. The studio with a loft can accommodate up to four people.

One Bedroom Overview
1 bedroom condominiums at The Timberline are approximately 750 square feet . They have a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom features a king or queen size bed. In most of the one bedroom condos, the living room has a sofa–bed. There is one full bathroom. Fireplaces are available in all units. One bedrooms can accommodate up to four people.
1 bedrooms with a loft are also available. They are approximately 830 square feet. There is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom and full bath are located on the first floor. Bedding in the master bedroom is a king or queen size bed. Bedding in the loft can be a set of twins or 2 queens. There is a half bath located on the loft level. One bedrooms with a loft can accommodate up to six people.
All one bedroom condominiums have a fireplace.

Two Bedroom Overview
Two bedrooms at The Timberline come in three styles: a two bedroom with two full baths, a two bedroom with a loft and two full baths, and a two bedroom with a loft and three full baths. All come with a fireplace.
The 2 bedroom – two bath is approximately 965 square feet. There is a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom features a king or queen bed. The second bedroom features two twin beds or a full size bed.
The 2 bedroom – two bathroom with a loft is 1,285 square feet. Guests enjoy a spacious living room and full kitchen. The master bedroom and second bedroom are located downstairs. The two bathrooms are also located downstairs. Loft bedding features two twin beds or two queen beds.
The 2 bedroom – three bath with a loft is approximately 1,400 square feet. There is a roomy living room and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom features a king or queen bed. The second bedroom features two twin beds or one full size bed. The loft bedding is either two twins or two queen beds.

Three Bedroom Overview
Three bedroom condominiums are approximately 1,350 square feet. These units feature two bathrooms. There is a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. Bedding in the master bedroom is a king or queen sized bed. The second bedroom features two twins or a full sized bed. The third bedroom features two twins or a full size bed.
All three bedroom condominiums feature a fireplace.
